Nothing that I can think of at the top of my head other than it's a job. The "lower class" employees are a joy to work with.

Cons

This company is awful to work for. Save your time and ignore any request for an interview. You'll be glad you didn't go.

Pros

The title says it all. Mobis will give you the opportunity to learn everything you want to as long as you reach for it. They do not shy from giving you overtime hours.

Cons

You end up doing 2-3 people's work and it becomes a huge burden on yourself. If you speak Korean, the experience becomes a nightmare because of a double standard. The management smiles at americans and flips tables at Koreans. Also, overtime starts at 50 hours and it is flat pay.
