      making factory work during coronavirus height - shelter in place

      getting a lower than industry level salary after risking lives in coronavirus shelter in place

      Cons

      they have no regard for human life, as top manufacturing companies closing, here they tell their office staff to go home and keep the factory workers to build on assembly lines. rarely can anyone stay 6 feet apart as too many people in one building and disregard for the seriousness of the virus. factory is probably recirculating the air with the virus in it. since thats how it spreads.

      You wont get permenat for years No benifits including vacation and holidays until you get permenat Low pay Treated terribly Cant bring your phone in Constantly get sent home without pay if theres not very much work No room for advancement unless you are friends with someone higher up
