      Pros

      Pay is competitive and the benefits are genuinely strong. Good people — smart, collaborative, easy to work with. The business is growing fast, so there's plenty of opportunity. Leadership is accessible and you can see how decisions get made. Lots of room to take on responsibility and learn quickly.

      Pros

      Growing company. It is the perfect time to start at Hyve if you want to contribute to their success and growth. There are numerous opportunities to make a difference. The coworkers I have met have all been great to work with and have a shared excitement about what we are building.

      Cons

      They are growing, so there are some growing pains. However, I am confident they will figure this out and it is fun to work with a growing company.
