Hyve is a wonderful place for bullying and harassment. If you’re looking to get ahead, don’t worry about being good at your job. Actual ability is useless here. You only need "political skills"—which is just a fancy way of saying you should be great at backstabbing and playing games. Being a manager at Hyve is even easier: Don't bother leading: Managing people is too much work. Just be mean: If an employee doesn’t do what you want, don't talk to them—just mistreat and bully them until they give up. Pick favorites: Use discrimination to keep everyone on edge. It’s much more fun than being fair. Why work at a professional company when you can thrive in a place that rewards your worst behavior? At Hyve, your lack of talent is your best quality!
