      * Good management structure with opportunities for career progression. * Clear communication at all levels. Allowed to have an opinion and be listened to. * Very respectful work environment. * Celebration days for cultural events with great food. * Investment in production and warehouse areas and always working on continuous improvement. Everyone involved to make a better work environment. * Suggestion schemes listened to and action. Employee Voice scheme for good communication to site directors. * Great place to work.

      Cons

      * high expectation to meet customer delivery dates means it can be very busy but not stressful. * Rotating shift work and some weekend working but at very competitive shift allowance and pay.
