      Pros

      There's a relaxed yet professional atmosphere, everyone on the shop floor understands what is expected of them and the management team are open to hearing opinions and trying new things. The work / life balance is great and lots of opportunities to progress and try new things.

      Cons

      Takes a while to implement changes and still lots of process updates to carry out, but on the whole it is a good place to work

      Pros

      Very welcoming. TUK always try and help individuals who are going through challenging times.... Culture at TUK is very inclusive. Opportunities for travel to other sites. Facilities in building are good.

      Cons

      Financial package is limited - minimum pension contribution and minimal additional benefits.

      The factory is safe, the management push lots of DEI and provide catering frequently for various celebrations, generally a nice work culture. Department workload is light with minimal pressure. Industry average pay rates.

      Cons

      Limited motivation to push / excel in the role due to no KPIs and no active management of work loads.
