Hyve will consume your life, so if you're looking for a place that you can live, eat, and breathe company goals this place is made for you. There is no upward movement since management is set in place. Benefit are very mediocre, don't expect Google like benefits (catered meals, flexible hours, professional days) expect traditional benefits 10 PTO day, 5 sick days, and bare minimum health care

- The company is not very structured and is not organized with standard SOP. - Company operation is extremely MESSEY and everything is MANUAL on excels. There's no clear instructions of work tasks/ work flow, which will lead to confusion and frustration on getting the work done. - Favorism, Politics - Manager is biased and doesn't distribute workloads equally throughout the team. - Whinners are winners! No need to do much at work, just sit there to get paid. - People like to push their workloads off their plates and pass them around.
