Pros

Flexible schedule is a plus. Customer sponsored outings and events help to improve morale. Free movies and annual dinners make it bearable.

Cons

Unprofessional workplace. Better to avoid all controversy and keep your mouth shut. A lot of processes are undefined, and incompetent employees resort to scapegoating rather than corrective action. Extremely toxic work environment which can destroy your mental health.
