AWFUL management. So much disorganization, poor communication, short staffing, lack of any sort of support from management.

The consumers you get to work with are great.

Cons

Management doesn’t care about the staff. It is a strain on your mental health yet they are a mental health facility and don’t address how to help there staff.

There are NO positives to this place.

Cons

They are horrible to work with- don’t sign up to be a provider through here. They lose your paperwork and put it on you to solve their inabilities to be organized. They threaten to terminate you when you are due for continuing education training but don’t give you ample time or a complete class availability in order for you to stay In compliance. They are rude across a departments.
