Pros

There are NO positives to this place.

Cons

They are horrible to work with- don’t sign up to be a provider through here. They lose your paperwork and put it on you to solve their inabilities to be organized. They threaten to terminate you when you are due for continuing education training but don’t give you ample time or a complete class availability in order for you to stay In compliance. They are rude across a departments.

Pros

The work is so rewarding and the clients we serve are wonderful

Cons

Upper management is clueless. More benefits get cut yearly; including 401K contributions and losing almost all paid holidays. No benefits have been added to compensate. You are so underpaid working here and upper management shows no value to their employees. Salaries employees in the homes are expected to work overtime when hourly employees call off and a shift can’t get covered, and they are constantly struggling to get their time back since salaries employees don’t make overtime.

We are very happy that you enjoy the rewarding work. I agree --- seeing the smiles on the faces of the people we serve is an incredible feeling. Regarding compensation, we strive to compensate our staff in a manner that makes them feel appreciated on the job. In fact, we are proud of our benefits and know that our offerings are equal if not better than most organizations. From a strong health plan and 100% paid dental and vision to almost 5 weeks of PTO per year, we value our hard working staff and are always looking for new ways to show that. I am unaware of any failing concepts, but would love the chance to discuss. Please email hr@iamboundless.org. Input from our associates is not only welcome, but necessary for us to continue to be a preferred employer for our excellent staff.
