Top Heavy company that protects Upper Management

Pros

PTO, insurance, and 401k are good. The staff are hard working people in spite of how management views them.

Cons

Management does not listen to anyone below VP level. Staff are held accountable and VP's are not. If you are a consultant you carry more value than employees do. If you are not a yes person you will need to find another job.

Pros

I-CAR is "recognized" as a leader in training the collision repair industry.

Cons

The HR department only lends its time and energy to keeping the company out of legal "jams". Poor leadership is evident in the vast majority of the organization. A very minimal amount of on the job training is provided. Lastly, upper management has a "my way or the highway" style of leadership.

Pros

* I-CAR provides an extremely valuable service to the general public in that they provide the training that is needed for collision repair facilities to repair and return a damaged vehicle to a pre-accident condition. Customer safety is paramount. I feel proud to be a factor in that mission. * Most curriculum development work is project driven. * Company is constantly looks for new and innovative ways to deliver the training message. * Four weeks paid vacation to start - 10 Paid Holidays * Employee engagement is important to this company

Cons

No sick time - If you need a to take a day off due to illness, it comes off of your personal time off balance.
