Pros
I've thoroughly enjoyed my first few months with I-CAR. I began as a contract employee, and am thrilled to have recently moved to full-time. Colleagues have been very welcoming and willing to spend their time sharing knowledge, and overall just making me feel like part of the team early on.
Cons
A personal challenge has been the steep learning curve coming from a totally different industry, but again my colleagues have been very helpful in explaining the landscape.
