      Pros

      Small company, people know your name. Salary is negotiable and there is room to grow.

      Cons

      Sometimes management or HQ were spread thin, and it felt like some processes were far out of date. I am a modernist as an engineer and would like to see some innovation with the way things are handled (automation for example).

      There were some decent people who work at headquarters.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership from the top down. There is a constant revolving door of employees because of the leadership and culture at the Littleton office. Employees are treated like children. They do not have a five year plan and are driven by on the spot ideas. Then employees are required to adjust immediately.
