      Pros

      Plenty of different programs to work on and thus a lot of opportunities.

      Cons

      Not fully covered healthcare but there is 401k matching and other benefits.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, small company, reactive management. Requests/concerns sent to the corporate offices are handled quickly. The management listens to me when I have a recommendation.

      Cons

      I have not any problems that I could really say are a cons. Working in a different state than the corporate office does slow down some processes, but they are all handled in a very timely manner.

      Pros

      I have enjoyed working for this company. HR and the home office has always been responsive to my needs and issues while also giving me room to do my job and lead the team in my office. Leadership from the home office makes an effort to make site visits regularly and recognize achievements by our team despite being a state away.

      Cons

      Turn-over, especially in the outstations, tends to be a constant issue. This is a result of the contracting world and not the company. Travel can also be stifled at times. Once again, this is more a result of contracting world rather than the company not wanting to grant monies for travel/training, etc.
