      Pros

      I came from horrible recruiting jobs where you were just a number, no one knew your name, or cared about you as a human being. I was so lucky to have found ISYS Technologies and be surrounded by strong individuals who do nothing but support and motivate with positive reinforcement. I've never been a part of a company that genuinely treats you with kindness and respect above all else until I came here and found Teresa Porter. It is an incredible work environment that I am beyond grateful to be a part of.

      Great Company that is Growing

      Pros

      Small tech. company that looks out for their employees. Working with Government contracts is a tough business but Isys works to keep good people employed. I am extremely happy to work here and look forward to many more years.

      Cons

      Like all tech. firms working for Government contracts, Isys is subject to the same possible delays and defunding of projects like everyone else. This isn't a con for Isys, but more a con for the contracts business.

      Pros

      The transparency with leadership is refreshing. I can go to my supervisor or directly to Teresa the CEO easily and be truly heard. Teresa knows and cares about each employee and works hard to retain them and make certain they are happy in their work.

      Cons

      Currently none. Federal Covid orders are challenging but being navigated as best as possible by leadership.
