Like a lot of companies that seek federal contracts...it depends on the program.

Pros

They truly want to keep people and programs on their team. In today’s market no one wants to lose people and when you are trying to grow the last thing they want is to lose people. They will do everything they can to place quality candidates and current employees. Very nice work locations, Springs, Boulder, Denver, Huntsville and others, on partner programs. Reputation.

Cons

Hard to recruit and retain people with lower than average wages. Stress filled corporate office. Reputation.

Highly unprofessional from the top down No strategic plan Good ol' boy's club Inconsistent moving target New employees are not valued at all no matter what their background is and are treated like children There is no defined roles Their is no clear line of authority; everyone has their hand in the jar and wants recognition The CEO will barge into a room and state her opinion and then will say something completely different the very next day expecting you to comply or you will be reprimanded
