      Pros

      I have worked at ISYS Technologies for a while now and for the most part, I have loved it! We are a relatively small company and I feel like I am valued here and my voice is heard. Not to mention, ISYS Technologies values growth within their employees and is willing to sponsor relevant certifications and looks to promote internal employees whenever possible.

      Cons

      There have been a lot of changes in upper management recently (for the better) but because of this, there are a lot of items that the organization is trying to iron out and/or make better.

      They have great compensation and benefits . They really care about their employees and they really show it with thoughtful random gifts. Schedule is great and flexible!
