      Pros

      Small company, people know your name. Salary is negotiable and there is room to grow.

      Cons

      Sometimes management or HQ were spread thin, and it felt like some processes were far out of date. I am a modernist as an engineer and would like to see some innovation with the way things are handled (automation for example).

      Pros

      I started working on one of their contracts and the contract was not renewed. I was contacted many times personally by the VP and they found a spot for me that week. I've been working for them for 6 months and I have nothing but good things to say.

      Cons

      I didn't find them sooner.
