      Highly unprofessional from the top down No strategic plan Good ol' boy's club Inconsistent moving target New employees are not valued at all no matter what their background is and are treated like children There is no defined roles Their is no clear line of authority; everyone has their hand in the jar and wants recognition The CEO will barge into a room and state her opinion and then will say something completely different the very next day expecting you to comply or you will be reprimanded

      Was a great company at one time

      Cons

      Employee relations are bad, very stressful. Management will target employees and push them until they quit, even if they have to munulate data to do it.
