      Pros

      Take care of their people. Good communication from management. Very supportive of employees - definitely have your back when dealing with the prime contractor. Outstanding pay.

      Small company - positions are hard to come by and may not be in your area.

      Was a great company at one time

      Cons

      Employee relations are bad, very stressful. Management will target employees and push them until they quit, even if they have to munulate data to do it.
