      Pros

      It's nice working for a company where they know you by name. The company is growing exponentially, so this could change in the future. Benefits are great comparatively to others and managers seem to work for you.

      Cons

      Managers do get overwhelmed with the amount of employees they cover so they sometimes "drop the ball".

      Competitive and fun small business to work for. ISYS has a strong team spirit that makes it feel like a family. It has competitive benefits and growth opportunities. The HR team also has lots of opportunities nationwide.
