      Small company that is not sure how to grow

      Pros

      - Small woman owned business status gives it "some" access to government contracts. - Part of mentor-protege program with Lockheed-Martin "should" give them access to growth contracts and DoD market segments.

      Cons

      - Management has no clue how to grow out of being a "temp/resource" to the prime contractor that they have partnered with. - Once managements decides they cannot get something from you, they will drop/ignore you. - This is a paycheck, not a career opportunity.

      Good benefits, great people, nice office.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment for internal staff. Salaries, bonuses and promotions based on popularity and not job performance. Owners never happy even when the team succeeds. Way too many politics for such a small company. Hostility rages from the top on a daily basis.
