      Pros

      Small tech. company that looks out for their employees. Working with Government contracts is a tough business but Isys works to keep good people employed. I am extremely happy to work here and look forward to many more years.

      Cons

      Like all tech. firms working for Government contracts, Isys is subject to the same possible delays and defunding of projects like everyone else. This isn't a con for Isys, but more a con for the contracts business.

      * Personal and excellent management (a shoutout to John Fairlie) * Excellent benefits and pay * Great opportunities and good fostering of growth

      Cons

      * Working as a government subcontractor is not for everyone (read: a lot of red tape)
