      Pros

      Salary, bonuses, and increases are fair for the market. Pays for the lowest cost insurance plan for a single person. Does a good job of diversity.

      Cons

      Benefits are shockingly high for more than a single person and is not a good option for a married couple or family. Cut-throat mentality, very toxic, gas lighting. “Family Culture”? Not even close. There is preferential treatment, nepotism and inequity. If the CEO doesn’t like you, you’re done. Anything you need to bring up to HR will get reported back to the CEO. There is no chance of opportunities or promotions

      - The opportunity was mostly remote good pay

      Cons

      - HR sells dreams about always having jobs for people (maybe CO) but not in Huntsville - Onboarding process not complete missing important elements such as employee handbook
