Pros

Pay, but benefits not very affordable anymore.

Cons

No work/life balance at all. I feel guilty leaving for lunch or after 6pm on Fridays. Co-workers are rude, condescending and sarcastic. Very sweet during the hiring process, then once hired, you are not valued and treated poorly by manager and co-workers. Their policy of professional conduct of respect for all clearly has no merit here. Don’t accept a sign on bonus. You won’t want to stay that long.

Really good pay especially if you have a technical profession.

Cons

When the contract is new and the money is flowing the managers are great but once it starts to dry up, they start to look out for themselves.
