      Pros

      Everyone shares the common goal of advancing the company. There is a common sense of ownership for the company's success among it's employees, which lends to a more open and successful environment. Management is strong but not overbearing and the work atmosphere is very positive.

      Cons

      As the company interface is developed, it takes patience as you work through less developed IT issues. It is a known issue and steps are being taken to fix it.

      Pros

      Great benefits and bonus plans. Management works diligently to understand it's culture and actively works to improve identified weaknesses.

      Cons

      The con develops into a pro in that there a many changes occurring which can be difficult and uncomfortable . The Company is preparing for future growth and stability by working on it's infrastructure and implementing new technology.

      Pros

      Used to pay well, now they do not.

      Cons

      Entire management structure in the claims department was either forced out or fired, and they were replaced by leadership who do not have any experience in actually handling claims. They have no idea how to support the various lines of business that IAT underwrites.
