Pros

I have been with the company for over 11 years. When the new leadership came on board a few years ago there were a lot of changes that did not suit everyone. These changes were long over due and were needed but took time and there were some growing pains (for some people). Now that these have taken hold and pay for performance is now in place the company is in great shape. Many opportunities for strong performers to advance and thrive in this company. Company has a strong focus on employee engagement.

Cons

The past leadership had not invested in operating systems and some are outdated. Working is being done to replace these, but this will take time.

Fridays you get to leave at 12:30. But you worked an extra hour the other four days to get this privilege.

Cons

Management micromanages staff beyond the point of distraction. The environment is one of high stress, worse internally than the external factors.
