Pros

There is a strong support system that lead and mentor in efforts to help aid your development with the company. Company provides all employees with trainings, and resources to help facilitate your day to day work.

Cons

Time off benefits for officers could be more flexible. At times personal matters arise and unfortunately there is no time benefits for these unforeseen situations.

Pros

They hire just about anybody, so if you're wanting to get yourself started in banking. IBC would be a place to start.

Cons

If you're on the teller side, they'll cap you off for your pay after a certain period of you working there and after that you'll find yourself relying on incentives IF they're accepted. If you're a sales, they'll increase your amount of sales every 3 months.
