Pros

Gaining banking experience. Gaining professional relationships with consumer and commercial customers.

Cons

Micromanagement, impossible sales goals, no support from leadership- they actually work counterintuitively to make promotions impossible to achieve. Expect you to take on additional responsibilities without training and without pay, then throw you to the wolves when things go horribly wrong, ignore your phone calls, emails, teams, etc when you need them most. The retail management team likes to gossip and trash talk about everyone and avoid their responsibilities.

Pros

Banking hours are very nice.

Cons

Crazy turn over rate, constant new employees, constant irate customers because of bad management, 8 employees hired and quit in the 6 months i worked there, terrible management that act like high school mean girls. Pay is a joke and barely above minimum wage which is also a joke.
