Pros

You do get incentives, and it is a pretty chill environment, and you get to meet some awesome co workers who end up being life long friends. The customers are pretty nice too.

Cons

may have to push people into accounts terrible pay for what all you have to do and put up (lowest paying bank ever) upper management will throw you under the bus no matter what
