Pros

It's a good company to start off with if you want to go into banking, their training is great and very detailed.

Cons

One thing I didn't agree with is in order to keep your job you have to make sales every month. Always having to travel to help out other branches because of being understaffed, because they don't know how to keep their employees. Always a lack of communication with upper management, and almost never available. Some of the upper management have no experience, don't understand what they're doing half the time, and no concern for their employers as well. I feel there is to many "titles", and you have to do more then you should to move up, with VERY little pay. Reason why I think the only thing good I ever got out of this company is their training.
