Pros

They hire just about anybody, so if you're wanting to get yourself started in banking. IBC would be a place to start.

Cons

If you're on the teller side, they'll cap you off for your pay after a certain period of you working there and after that you'll find yourself relying on incentives IF they're accepted. If you're a sales, they'll increase your amount of sales every 3 months.

Pros

Gaining banking experience. Gaining professional relationships with consumer and commercial customers.

Cons

Micromanagement, impossible sales goals, no support from leadership- they actually work counterintuitively to make promotions impossible to achieve. Expect you to take on additional responsibilities without training and without pay, then throw you to the wolves when things go horribly wrong, ignore your phone calls, emails, teams, etc when you need them most. The retail management team likes to gossip and trash talk about everyone and avoid their responsibilities.

Pros

The training is extensive and helpful. They are constantly hiring new personnel, so you get to meet many people. They are very diverse in their hiring.

Cons

They set ridiculous quotas for the tellers and bankers to open accounts and if you don't meet the quota you are fired within 90 days.
