Pros

Good place to start if you want to start in the banking industry. After a couple months you can get into other banks with ease. Work with mostly student coworkers and works with a students schedule. Many coworkers may quit so moving up within a branch is not a long wait.

Cons

When we began we had to wait 4 weeks for out first paycheck. They expect the tellers to contribute by referrals, but without compensating for those referrals. Either they should pay them better or give them compensation incentives. Also, they will extended hours till 9pm when very few customers come after 7.
