Pros

Everyone that works there is awesome. The training program is really great. I really do enjoy my job.

Cons

The only problem is the pay. They try to make up for low pay with year-end bonuses and compensation when certain products are sold, but quite frankly I would rather have a higher constant income than a really low income all year and then get a big bonus at Christmas, or hope that enough people want to buy our products that I can make rent this month.
