Supportive team environment, consistent work hours, and great opportunity to learn about banking operations and customer relationships. Management provides training that helps develop strong professional and communication skills.

Cons

High customer volume can make some days stressful, and growth opportunities can feel limited without pursuing additional training or higher education. Teller work can become repetitive over time.
