      I have enjoyed my time at IBC, I have been given different opportunities to grow within different positions and departments. Hard work does pay off. Culture is is like family and is a great way to get experience and start a career.

      Pros

      As a rehired employee, I am familiarized with my position duties, co-workers, and IBC programs. Having the experience and knowledge of the training developmental material, helps me overcome obstacles and challenges more efficiently and in a faster manner. I do want to thank IBC for giving me the opportunity to rejoin my professional career with the Corporate Training Team.

      I have been struggling with my desktop set up as computers are running super slow but IT is already working on that and I should be getting a new one soon.

Being part of the back office gives me the freedom to manage my lunch breaks, and I continuously benefit from valuable learning experiences that support both my personal and professional growth.

      One challenge is that the 5 PM end time can make it difficult to attend personal appointments scheduled after work hours.
