Pros

The work-life balance is second to none. I personally think that we are paid very well, though many others do complain about the pay.

Cons

It is a very big place, it can be easy to get lost career-wise at times.

Pros

Very stable company to work for with great career opportunities. Excellent for work/life balance. The pay is very competitive, however we are losing ground lately to inflation and insurance costs.

Cons

Sometimes executives make knee-jerk decisions instead of looking long term. Sometimes, it is difficult to wade through the beaurocracy, but usually is is not a hinderance.
