Pros

I have reinvented my career 3 times without ever leaving the company. I am around highly skilled, highly motivated people that have the abilities to drive the future of technology. IBM is involved in every aspect of technology.

Cons

The size and bureaucracy can kill productivity at times. Any organization this large tends to be loaded with A types that have conflicting personalities and power politics can be a problem at times.
