IBM Research and Development is a global organisation with great people in technical and management leadership and great technical teams. The broad range of technology topics are often leading edge and attractive for engineers / software & hardware developer and designer. Leading agile and DevOps best practices are used by some teams and partly in the organisation.

Cons

Some process are slow and feel hindering your progress and achievement. The many stakeholder sometimes prevent fast decisions and clear communication of reasons. While there are many leaders trying to improve this.
