Pros

Multinational company, feels pretty safe

Cons

No real benefits, no free drinks no sub food, no poor salary compared to overall market, not hired for 2 years meaning that staff who are left have to do more. Only benefits we have is pension and sickdays basically. Management seem to think that people will stay even if we get less paid and no benefits just because of the brand but it is time to wake up! Also they are cutting on everything now, business travel, education, all is about saving. Somewhat outdated practices as well and need to reinvent themselves as a brand more.
