The best place for free learning. Your salary is paid exactly. Some additional benefits.

Cons

As PM you don´t have the control of your projects, the financial area have it. A lot of tools to be completed in a weekly basis , some of them a waste of time. You will waste a lot of time acting like and accountant not like a real PM. Salary level is poor considering the minimum 12 hours per day that you will work.
