Pros

The work and ongoing projects can be interesting. Could be a good starter job.

Cons

The overall culture is mediocre and career progress is slow regardless of performance. Management will burnout high performers w/o any really compensation. Pay is so so, raises and bonuses outside of salary is lacking. Management leaves much to be desired which is often disorganized and disconnected. Leads to employees to prioritize attending meetings to talk rather than making real contribute to projects
