Pros

My team understands and supports my personal goals and values, and are willing to work with me on achieving them, whether they be academic or career goals. I constantly feel surrounded by supportive and optimistic people, even outside of my team. We respect each other here, one of the many things that makes IBM an enjoyable place to work at. The company culture is very open and welcoming (good on inclusion), but lacking in cultural diversity.

Cons

Sometimes upper management can be a little unclear in how they perceive the organization moving forward, but this seems to be a problem regarding communication with higher-ups and not with local teams.
