      Pay is very good in IBM as than monthly salary there will be variable pay on monthly basis, star performer bonus, yearly blue points that can be converted into vouchers worth around 8000.

      Not that bad but poor management in my project.

      My and one more team mates Varun’s BGV failed and they had a choice to keep any one of us and guess what they decided to do cost cutting and just because of the salary difference they kicked me out.
