      Working on American time zone tested work life balance. Very hard to withdraw from work and family life.

      Being able to work from home is a great advantage.

      Cons

      IBM record profits don't trickle down to employees, a lot of jobs being off-shored. IBM had one of their best years but almost no one is getting raises. Those who do are getting 1-2%.
