Pros

Good work life, Good remuneration. Most of the top level officials are good and are helpful professionally.

Cons

Way more hectic schedules than others. The life offered here gives you almost everything except a very vital component - time. If not today, then someday or the other one will opt for more time and thats where the problems creep in.
