Pros

opportunity to learn and grow; Good money; Great culture in the team and the department. I learned a lot while working there. Will miss the company.

Cons

Can't think of anything that is bad. Maybe more fun activities needed after work, such as PIng pong table, etc

You can make a career in this company, grow as a specialist be successful collaborate with teams around the world take part in great projects and work with professional.

Cons

Some of the decision making process in IBM are bureaucratic and long it is not clear why some of the decisions were made and what is the goal of all this what you are doing because this is really big machine of making money.
