      Opportunity if just out of school Variety of Government Projects as a "Greenhorn" Opportunities to contract with projects in DC area (networking)

      High volume of leaders who were immature, low 'emotional IQ' Nepotism A couple Incredibly Toxic, Bullying projects Easy to get pinned into niche and not be able to upskill Remote work was not optional for a long time and the area was lonely

      Pros

      As long as you make your numbers they will promote you even if you sexually harass people. It’s the big boys club ALL THE WAY and the protect who they like and blacklist anyone who stand up to them. Not all bad good money but wasn’t worth being harassed Great training program and can be a fun place to work when you are allowed to work - just don’t be born attractive or you might have to hear about your “cold nips” or your body parts… even when they are covered

      Harassment is hidden as long as you hit your quota Mad if you want to work alone even if you need quite to perform tasks Fish bowl environment Racism “sales trainer said young Arabs males looked like terrorist” so they needed to shave - sales trainer did Kong fu moves on stage to impersonate Asians - got mad when forced to apologize and said the crowd was too sensitive and he didn’t care one way or the other… This sounds fiction but this literally happened
