Pros

There are projects and opportunities for work all over the world.

Cons

Leadership (from the top down to the lowest-level managers) only worries about chasing after every dollar they can squeeze out of clients. There is a lot of talk about being able to go anywhere with your career within the company, but that's only possible if your career lines up perfectly with the current strategic focus of the company, which keeps changing.

Essentially a staffing company

Pros

Decent people with a large amount of training resources. The main location in Monroe is a newly built building right across the street from the anchor client in Monroe.

Cons

The new building is essentially a call center with no privacy. To make things worse the ability to grow is stifled by the constant disorganization and constantly changing requirements to get promoted. The push for training is constant but the ability to apply any of the skills are nearly nonexistent. Recruiters will lie vigorously and substantially to get you here and then your stuck. If you are interested in IBM avoid anything labeled GBS like the plague. Its a dead end job maintaining outdated code and dying systems for other companies.

Pros

Nothing good to say here.

Cons

Do not value experienced older workers. Churn and Burn sales culture. Only want people who agree with managers, do not want Challengers. First line managers are useless offer no value and no leadership. Early career professionals are preferred over experience sellers because they are cheaper but much Dumber.
