      Pros

      Great team! Marvelous technology! Exceptional reputation! Superior work environment! Opportunities to have hands on on expensive enterprise level systems. Freedom of choice how to implement. To deal with top IT corporate clients in Estonia. Great opportunities to enhance your professional knowledge, just be the man/woman to use it! The best balance between office hours, "on field time" and personal time.

      Cons

      No career advancement opportunities inside local organization. Some very strict regulations or in house policies. Only very limited selected models to choose from as corporate work accessories (like mobile phones, car models and laptops). Sometimes you must yell it quite loud to get some personal notice.

      Pros

      The breadth of IBM's technical community is amazing, and you can work with people who are among the most passionate about the work they do.

      Cons

      While there is a a ton of interesting work going on, it can be hard to navigate IBM. The best advise would be to find a good mentor to help navigate the organization

      multiple level of management, control freaks for accounting, you need to file multile papers to get money back from business trips
